Current Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping exclusively within Hong Kong. However, we are excited to announce that our services will soon expand to include Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand! Stay tuned for updates as we grow our reach to serve more customers in the region.

Shipping Methods and Costs

1. Standard Delivery (Hong Kong):
   • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.
   • Cost: HKD 30 (Free shipping for orders over HKD 300).
2. Express Delivery (Hong Kong):
   • Delivery Time: Next business day.
   • Cost: HKD 50.

Upcoming International Shipping Costs and Details:

• Shipping costs and delivery times for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand will be announced once the service is available.

Order Processing Time

• All orders placed before 2 PM (HKT) on business days will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM (HKT), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Guidelines

• Shipping Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address once an order is dispatched.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS to help you monitor your delivery.
